First and foremost, thank you for the interest! ♡BY COMMISSIONING ME, YOU CONFIRM THAT YOU'VE READ AND AGREED TO THESE TERMS.
I. GENERAL TERMS
If you wish to commission me, please do so via my email or my instagram, both linked in the previous page.
I won't be able to see them nor accept them in any other way.When placing a commission, please write what you want in a clear, detailed fashion.
The more detailed, the better!Please provide clean and clear references if you wish to submit a reference picture/image.I will not accept orders made by unmannerly clients.If you fail to comply with any of the terms stated, I have the right to decline your order.I will never resell/repurpose commission pieces through Non-Fungible Tokens (NFT), trade them for Cryptocurrency or include them in Blockchain media.By placing an order with 18+ themes, you are confirming you are over the age of 18.
II. PAYMENT
The full commission price is expected to be paid before I start working on it.
I only accept payment in:
PayPal, in Euros
MBWAY, for National Payments
Bank Transaction, for National Payments
You will be notified when the invoice is sent to you in case you chose to pay through Paypal or MBWAY.
Please do not send any payments on your own.
Under no circumstances do I accept payments in any type of cryptocurrency.
III. PROCESS
If you have a specific deadline you'd like for me to meet (ie. for a birthday gift), please let me know in advance so I can complete the work accordingly (extra charges may apply).I provide WIPs to all my clients when I see that I've made significant progress in their commissions to both prove I'm working on their order and also to check if any changes are necessary.Your order may take a maximum of 1 month and a minimum of 2-7 days to be completed unless an unexpected issue occurs, such as:
Software/Hardware Issues
Mental/Physical Health Issues
Work and/or Family Issues
Order Placement
Any other Personal Issues
If there is any delay to your order, you will be notified.
IV. COSTUMER SATISFACTION
My main goal with any commission is the satisfaction of both my client's and myself with their order.
With that said, I'll never deliver something my client or me aren't happy with.However, on the client's part, this might involve small changes to the final product, such as:
Small Details Changes
Minor Color Changes
Minor Marking/Detail Additions
Any minor change is decided by me if it's a minor change, and won't be charged extra.Any great changes will be charged upfront.Great changes involve large parts of the product having to be completely redrawn, such as:
Complete/Significant Outfit Changes
Addition/Removal/Redesign of a Character
Significant Background Changes
Any Other Modifications that may require some time to complete or involve a partial/complete redraw of the product
During the sketching phase I will accept a total of 2 great changes to the product free of charge.
Any great changes after these will be charged.
V. COPYRIGHT/USE POLICY
Unless discussed beforehand I, the artist, hold every right to my work, not the commissioner.
Therefore, by owning its rights, I'm allowed to use the copyrighted material to:
Promote Myself and/or my Work
Display Anywhere to my Liking
If my work is to be used for commercial use, please mention it when placing your order so we can discuss different rates.Unless requested by the client, I'll always post the artwork and tag the client on my socials.
THE CLIENT MAY:
Re-upload my work if discussed beforehand and fully credit it with my link and username
Print my work, claim the right of its design (characters, weapons, etc. if not originally designed by me) but not the artwork itself
Use my work to promote themselves if they provide full credits towards me with a link and username
THE FOLLOWING IS COPYRIGHT INFRINGEMENT:
Reproducing/using copyrighted material commercially (as in making money from my work in any way) without first discussing it with me
Taking credit for my work and/or omitting my watermark and credit
Removing any watermarks or signatures
Altering my work without my permission
Reselling my work through Non-Fungible Token (NFT), Cryptocurrency or including it in any Blockchain Media
ONCE AGREEING ON A RATE FOR MY WORK TO BE COMMERCIALLY USED YOU MAY:
Use my work for any merchandise, books, covers, props or any other item you wish to use my artwork on, WITH THE EXCEPTION OF NON-FUNGIBLE TOKENS (NFT), CRYPTOCURRENCY OR ANY BLOCKCHAIN MEDIA. THAT WILL NEVER BE ALLOWED
Promote yourself and/or your products or brand.
Credit may still be required, which will be discussed while debating rates and agreements for my work to be commercially used.
VI. CANCEL/REFUND POLICY
I have the right to cancel and refund client's orders at any time if I deem unable to deliver an order, am unable to work on it under an undefined time or for an unspecified reason that may bring me to take the previous actions.You have no right to cancel or demand a refund under any circumstances after the order is completed.If a payment was not made yet, the client has the right to cancel the order without any charges.If the client cancels the order and it's still in progress, the amount refunded will be based on how developed the order is. The amount is decided by me.If an unauthorized charge-back is filed against me, any rights to my work will be permanently retracted and I have the right to use it as I see fit. A charge-back will also guarantee:
To be permanently placed on my Blacklist, where you'll never be able to commission me again
Your actions to be publicly posted online as a warning to other artists/services/businesses who offer similar services
For me to have all the rights to file a complaint and have all the rights to the money you have given me for my services
